A Night to Remember: One Design and Construct at the 2024 Housing Excellence Awards

What a night it was! The 2024 Housing Excellence Awards was not only a celebration of industry talent and innovation but also a chance for the One Design and Construct team to step out in style and enjoy some well-earned recognition.

Our team looked sharp, dressed to impress and ready to soak in the atmosphere of one of the biggest nights in the building and construction industry. From sleek suits to stunning evening wear, we took the opportunity to celebrate our collective achievements over the past year, knowing that our hard work had brought us to this moment.

It wasn’t just about winning awards, although we were absolutely thrilled to be finalists in two different categories! It was about celebrating the journey, the partnerships we’ve built and the incredible projects we’ve brought to life. There’s something incredibly rewarding about pausing to reflect on the milestones we’ve achieved as a team over the past 11 years at 1DC, and this night gave us the perfect chance to do just that.

As we mingled with industry peers, exchanged stories and enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere, the recognition felt even sweeter. Winning is fantastic, but the friendships and camaraderie we’ve built along the way are priceless. We couldn’t have asked for a better way to cap off such a fantastic year of hard work and dedication.

With the awards ceremony behind us, we’re heading into the next chapter energised and ready for more. Here’s to another year of designing, building and crafting housing.
