Atwell Renovation Completed

I must pick up from where I left off when the boys were in Atwell preparing for the tiling and carpentry work. Since then, the team at One Design and Construct has been in Coolbelup building an extension for a master bedroom and lounge room and also started a new renovation project in Kardinya.

Of course, I’m here to report that the renovation work in Atwell is all completed.  I went out to see the gloriously renovated residence yesterday.

This image was taken by John using his mobile phone a couple of days before my visit. I could not have done a better job capturing this kitchen, really.

The sparkling new kitchen and bathrooms were themed with clean and elegant white complemented by simple lines. A nicely curved free-standing bathtub added a soft little touch to the master bedroom ensuite.
The home felt incredibly serene, which was completely different from the busy clutter before the renovation. John was there to make sure everything was clean and no construction debris was left behind.

The last time I saw the ensuite it was like this. Do you remember the reason for this ‘chips’ on the wall? 

The finish is amazing and the clients are apparently very happy. I cannot wait to actually meet them after they move back in. Here are additional photos from the completed renovation.

Next up, I’ll share more than a few interesting images of the extension project in Coolbelup. An old brick and tile house gets a facelift with modern cladding and a tin roof in addition to a new lounge and master bedroom with an ensuite and walk-in wardrobe.
