Mike and Ebony explains why they chose John Bodin and his company One Design and Construct for their renovation. The answers we heard were all about John’s special qualities as a builder and designer and about what separates One Design and Construct from big multinationals and other building companies.Â
Did Mike and Ebony get quotes from other companies? Of course! Who wouldn’t? They found that one of the really big building companies quoted 40% more than smaller competitors. And One Design and Construct didn’t win the contract with Mike and Ebony because they were the cheapest. A couple of other small building companies quoted a little lower. But as everyone knows, the cheapest price isn’t always the best deal.
This 3×2 bedroom home was in need of space for the growing family.
Old mater suite has been extended past the original house structure. This extension means having a new master ensuite, additional guest bedroom with an ensuite, newer kitchen and opening up the family and dinning area.
