Canning Vale Advantage Air

Advantage Air contracted One Design & Construct for:

  • Re-roofing of their Canning Vale factory
  • Re-roofing surface of 8,500 square metres
  • Factory air-flow improvement
  • Factory was able to operate without any downtime during the re-roofing.

Booragoon & Kooroonda Junior Football Club

Brentwood Karoonda sporting association contracted One Design & Construct for:

  • Expansion of the Club House
  • Extra storage space
  • Large function room equipped with a bar and a separate kitchen

New commercial window frame installation and fitting for the town of Mosman Park. The work performed:

Mosman Park Memorial Hall

One Design and Construct was awarded the contract for the building repair and maintenance for Mosman Park Town Hall in 2016. As part of the maintenance project we have:

  • Repaired ceiling in theatre
  • Repaired roof leaks
