New House Build in Ardross

In 2019, Kim wanted a granny flat built on her property in Applecross. She decided to go with One Design and Construct for the build. Kim couldn’t have been happier with the end result. It was exactly what she wanted and, due to the experienced team at 1DC and their absolute dedication to detail, the finish exhibited an impressive level of quality.

So when Kim decided to build a brand new home on a vacant lot in Ardross, who else would she call to do the job than John Bodin and his team at 1DC? As is always the case with 1DC, they made sure every box was ticked for all of the paperwork and then wasted no time in getting straight into it. The build is going smoothly and they’ve already completed the sand pad on Kim’s new construction site. Kim’s block overlooks the river and a good chunk of Perth’s skyline. Everyone’s very excited about getting the most out of those glorious views and making sure 1DC’s reputation for quality design and construction embodies every aspect of Kim’s new home.
